73 violent incidents recorded in Thailand’s Deep South in March

A total of 73 violent incidents took place in the Thai southern border provinces in March, killing 56 people and injuring 547 others, a university has announced.

The Deep South Watch of Prince Songkla Unviersity’s Pattani Campus announced Thursday that a total of 73 insurgency-related incidents were reported in the southern border province from March 1 to 31.
