Three Russians accused of smoking Marijuana in front of Pattaya restaurant
Three Russian Tourists were caught smoking Marijuana outside of a Restaurant in South Pattaya in the early hours of Monday.
Mr. Evgeny Ukolov aged 30, Mr. Ivshin Genwani aged 28 and Mrs. Ukolva Oksana aged 30 were taken to the Police Station.
