Man dies in Bangkok after falling from escalator

A man was killed on Saturday after falling from an escalator on the third floor of a busy department store in Bangkok’s Bang Phlat district.

Pongsathorn Suwannakorn, 31, lost his balance on the escalator while moving from the third to fourth floor of Central Pinklao shopping complex on the Borommaratchachonnani Road, police said.
