Thai PM considers more sandbag removals in northern Bangkok
BANGKOK, Nov 28 – More parts of the so-called big bag barriers will be dismantled if water drainage can go smoothly as planned, Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra said Monday.
Ms Yingluck said she ordered a team to study the possibility to do that. The meeting with governors of seven provinces including Bangkok and surrounding provinces was the first step to adjust water drainage system and sluice gate management.
