Flood situation in Southern Thailand eases
SONGKHLA, Nov 27 – The flood situations in Songkhla and Phatthalung have improved as rainfall in the South has dropped.
In Songkhla, floods have receded with 260 villages still under water. Rainfall dropped and about half of the residential areas returned to normal. Only low-lying and lakeside areas remained flooded. Two flood-related deaths have been reported so far.
