BANGKOK, Oct 18 – Almost 90 per cent of the public said they were confused by the government’s announcements from the Flood Relief Operations Command (FROC) on flood situations in Bangkok and its vicinity, according to an opinion poll released today.

Assumption University’s ABAC Poll queried 415 persons on Monday and Tuesday Oct 17 and18.
