Thai Democrats fear another political chaos during Songkran

BANGKOK, 5 April 2011 (NN)-The Democrat Party said it was ready to contest in the upcoming election while believing that the unrest would continue to dominate Thailand’s political arena if the Red Shirt core leaders were fielded as Puea Thai Party candidates.

The personal spokesperson of Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjivija, Thepthai Senpong, said the Democrat Party had been thorough with its plan for the upcoming general election. Whether it was about the candidates, the party list, the constituencies or the policy.
