Live grenade found at school in yala, southern Thailand

A live hand grenade was found in front of a school in Yala municipality this morning and was disarmed by the police bomb squad.

The M67 grenade was inside a military-style green waist pack left on the road outside Municipal School No.4 in Muang Yala district, said Sontaya Thoobthong, deputy superintendent of Muang Yala Police Station.
