A Thai man was seen chasing a foreigner with a knife on Jomtien Second Road, reportedly over a fare dispute.

The incident first came to light on February 21st. The Facebook group “Bolt Drive Pattaya รวมคนขับพัทยา” posted a video showing a Thai man wearing a full-face helmet chasing a foreigner with a knife in the middle of the street.

The post included a caption questioning whether the attacker was a ride-hailing driver. The incident reportedly occurred around 12:30 PM.
