A naked foreign man was found dead on Pattaya Beach at 12 PM today, June 2nd.

Two foreigners arrested for riding noisy big motorbikes in Koh Samui

The body was discovered at the beach on the opposite of Soi 3. Pattaya police responded to the scene to find a crowd gathered around the body.

The deceased was a man believed to be a foreign tourist with fair skin. He was found lying face down on the beach and unclothed. The deceased had a flower tattoo on his left arm and a bird tattoo on his right arm. Black shoes were found on his feet, and a pair of black shorts were discovered washed ashore nearby.
