Five Mongolian Nationals Arrested for Pickpocketing Tourists in Bangkok and Pattaya

The Tourist Police and Immigration Bureau have arrested a group of five Mongolian nationals suspected of pickpocketing tourists at major attractions in Bangkok and Pattaya.

Australian Tourist Allegedly Loses 200,000 Baht to Pickpocket on Pattaya Tour Bus

The investigation began on March 11th after a Chinese tourist, Mrs. Sun Yueying (71), reported to Nongprue police that she was pickpocketed while exploring the Pattaya Floating Market. The victim had her purse stolen containing 21,000 Yuan and 1,800 Thai baht.
