A Thai Lion Air’s flight from Hat Yai to Don Mueang airport in Bangkok was delayed for two and a half hours yesterday following a bomb joke that forced the evacuation of all passengers and re-checking of all the luggage’s on board.

The incident happened as Lion Air’s Flight SL703 was about to leave Hat Yai international airport for Don Mueang airport at 10.05am.
