Arrested foreigner may have links to terror networks

A FOREIGNER has been detained on suspicion of having links to terror networks or the gang providing fake passports to suspects involved in the Erawan Shrine bomb blast.

The male foreigner, Kwak Ti Ha, was arrested with two Myanmar women at a house in the border province of Tak Thursday.
