CHIANG MAI – An angry South Korean tourist arrested for slashing car tyres in a shopping mall parking lot said was venting his anger against a Thai who bumped into him at a pub and damaged his prized amulet.

The tourist, identified as , 30, was detained by security guards at Central Festival Chiang Mai shopping mall after allegedly slashing all four tyres of a Toyota Vios car around 8.30pm on Thursday.
