PM concerns over flooding in north, northeast

BANGKOK, 14 September 2016 (NNT) – The Prime Minister has expressed his concerns towards the flooding situation in the Northern and Northeastern regions after the Meteorological Department has issued a warning, commanded all agencies be ready to provide assistance.

Government Spokesman Maj Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd has revealed that Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha is concerned regarding the flooding situation in the Northern and Northeastern regions, in wake of the Meteorological Department’s latest warning on the tropical storm “Rai” expected to hit Thailand.
