Bangkok Car Free Day scheduled for September 18

BANGKOK, 10 September 2016 (NNT) – The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) will hold Car Free Day on September 18, 2016, to encourage the use of alternative transportations instead of private automobiles.

Deputy BMA Traffic and Transport Office director Suthon Anakul said the BMA will hold Car Free Day activity to reduce the uses of public vehicles and turn to alternative transportations to sustainably solve the city’s traffic problems.
