Police launches campaign discouraging smartphone gaming while driving

BANGKOK, 21 August 2016 (NNT) – The Metropolitan Police has launched a campaign promoting road safety, warning that play games on their smartphone while driving can be punishable by law.

The Metropolitan Police Chief Pol Lt Gen Sanit Mahathavorn has officiated the “Pokemon Traffic No-Go” campaign discouraging smartphone gaming among drivers for road safety, after the launch of the popular Pokemon Go game in Thailand.
