A 49-year-old Finnish man was arrested early Sunday after he allegedly setting fire to his condominium room in Pattaya following a quarrel with his Thai boyfriend.

Police took Orling Lauri Tapani into custody after fire fighters put out the fire inside his room on the 13th floor of the Centre Condominium in South Pattaya in Chon Buri Mueang district.
