Chinese tourist injured after Navy’s ferry hits long-tail boat with six tourists on board

A Chinese tourist was injured after a long-tail boat with six tourists on board was hit by a Navy’s ferry near the Rajvoradit pier shortly after noon.

It was reported that the ferry was sailing backward in a move to anchor at the pier at the time of the tourist boat coming into its way. The tourist suffered bruises on the shoulder and was sent to Hua Chiew hospital where doctor said the injury was slight.
