On 24 August 2016 Reporter went on Soi Huayyai, Banglamung after a complaint from a couple of an unfair price expropriation of land to be used for expressway.

It was the 7 Rais 76 Square wah land and 2 storys house high class fully furnished with swimming pool and maid quarter located on no. 137/43 Soi Huaycchapul Huayyai Banglamung, Chonburi which belong to Mrs. Sommai Kojlan, 42 years and Mr. Philip Thomas Kojlan, 66 years former British Police officer.
