Aung San Suu Kyi to visit Thailand this month

BANGKOK, 8 June 2016 (NNT) – Myanmar’s Aung San Suu Kyi is scheduled to visit Thailand from June 23 – 25 and is expected to meet with Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha to discuss bilateral issues.

According Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai, Mrs. Suu Kyi will also meet with Myanmar nationals in Thailand during her visit to the Kingdom, after her meeting with the Prime Minister.
