Phuket-bound Russian charter flight makes emergency landing

PHUKET: A charter jet carrying 327 passengers and nine crew from Moscow to Phuket was forced to make an emergency in Uzbekistan due to engine failure just after midnight, last Friday night (Feb 26).

The Boeing 767-300 aircraft, belonging to the AZUR Air fleet, made an emergency landing in thе Uzbek capital Tashkent.
