THE Pheu Thai Party yesterday dismissed the charter draft as a “political soap drama”, and a tool to sabotage and destroy the party.

The party said coup-makers had earlier achieved their four-step mission – of toppling the Thaksin regime; confiscating assets and prosecuting the Thaksin camp; dissolving the Thai Rak Thai Party and banning its party executives from politics for five years; and supporting Pheu Thai’s rival political camp to rise to power.
