BANGKOK, 8 October 2015 (NNT) – The government has urged Thai people across the country to take part in the upcoming vegan festival for the benefits of health and the nation’s economy.

PM’s Office spokesperson Maj Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd said the vegan festival not only offered partakers the opportunity to regain their health by eating vegetarian food but also highlighted the country’s cultural diversity, which would be beneficial to the tourism industry.
