The Criminal Court today dropped the case filed against the attorney-general and three state prosecutors by former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra for alleged malfeasance and negligence of duty related to her rice-pledging scheme.

Criminal Court judge rejected Ms Yingluck’s lawsuit against the Attorney-General, Mr Trakul Vinijchaipark and his team of three state prosecutors, with reason that their action was legitimate.
