Kuwaiti man arrested in Phuket with marijuana

PHUKET: A 44-year-old Kuwaiti man was arrested in Patong’s Bangla Rd in the early hours of this morning (Sept 21) when he was found to be in possession of marijuana.

Kathu police arrested Issam Alsaraf outside of the lluzion nightclub on Bangla Rd at 12:40 am with 2.85 grams of marijuana.
