1 million baht reward offered for Bangkok bombing suspect

Thai police offered a 1 million baht bounty for information helping them capture the suspect behind the blasts in Bangkok on Monday and Tuesday. Moreover, the Red Shirt leader and UDD activist Somwang Assarasee offered an extra 2 million baht reward for information leading to the arrest of the Erawan’s Shrine bomber.

“I believe there is more than one person behind this. There is a network,” Police Chief told AP. Thailand’s Criminal Court approved an arrest warrant on Wednesday for the suspect of the bomb attack at the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok.

Authorities have also released a sketch of the man believed to have placed a bomb at the Erawan Shrine, showing a curly-haired young man with an Asian-European look.

If you have information that could help identify the suspect call 1599 (24hrs) or email: news.prpolice(at)gmail.com or webmaster(at)royalthaipolice.go.th.
