30-year-old man found hung at Democracy Monument

A 30-year-old man from Surin was found hung behind a sign at the Democracy Monument Thursday.

A road sweeper spotted Prakai Phumaiprom hung with a nylon rope behind the sign set up in memory of the late supreme patriarch.
