A railway station in Kanchanaburi province was completely destroyed by a fire which was suspected to be caused by a short circuit.

Mr Chaiwat Sribundhitbovorn, chief of the Wang Yen railway station in Muang district, told Muang district police that while he was resting in front of the station this morning he heard what sound like something were burning and then saw smoke come out of the station.
