FIVE VIETNAMESE nationals were arrested in Chiang Mai’s Muang district for shoplifting brand-name clothes and bags worth hundreds of thousand of bath by stuffing the stolen items into their foil-lining bags to avoid setting the barcode theft-preventing alarm off, police announced Monday.
