BANGKOK, Jan 6 – Thailand’s Interior Minister Gen Anupong Paojinda warns people in 13 northern provinces of possible thunderstorms and hailstorms from Thursday through Saturday as another high pressure area from China and westerly winds will converge in upper Thailand at that time.

The 13 provinces are Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Sukhothai, Tak, Uttaradit, Lampang, Lamphun, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae and Nan.
