On the afternoon of Monday the 19th Nongprue police raided an illegal slot machine factory.

The Asia Fortuna Electronic Company was thought to be manufacturing and distributing illegal slot machines. Once inside police discovered 50 slot machines and parts with an estimated value nearing 2 million baht. Police arrested 45 year old Austrian expat who was taking care of the shop, he stated the shop is owned by a German who imports the parts for assembly at the factory and then sells the machines on the black market.

Police are searching for the German owner.
