BANGKOK, Dec 1 – Thais across the country have begun holding activities to celebrate His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s birthday on Friday, December 5.

Thai Prime Minister’s spouse, Naraporn Chan-o-cha, led a delegation of Cabinet spouses to give alms in honour of His Majesty the King earlier today at Rama 9 Temple, where the temple was also preparing nine youths for the monkhood ceremony, along with four girls who wish to become nuns in celebration of the King’s birthday anniversary.
