Ayutthaya: Woman kills lover, chops off his penis
AYUTTHAYA – A man with a history of mental illness has been found dead in a derelict house where he was living with his girlfriend, who also has a history of mental illness and whom police believe was the murderer.
The body, found late on Sunday night, was later identified as Arwuth Sukbunluea, 35. He was apparently stabbed to death and his penis then cut off, police said.
