On Wednesday morning, Police and medics were called to a Condominium in Central Pattaya to deal with a foreign man who was sitting on a ledge and threatening to jump. The man did eventually fall to his death.

The incident occurred at View Talay 6 between Pattaya Second Road and Pattaya Beach Road just after 8.30am and resulted in the death of Mr. Douglas Rex Rinehart aged 52 from Missouri, U.S.A.
