Fugitive Indian car bomb suspect Jagtar Singh Tara may still be taking refuge in Thailand after arriving through Suvarnabhumi Airport in September, acting Immigration commissioner Sakda Chuenpakdee said on Tuesday.

The fugitive, a suspect in the assassination of former Punjab chief minister, Beant Singh, entered the Kingdom on a tourist visa, Sakda said.
