The Appeals Court has acquitted two redshirt arson suspects of torching Central World afire during the riot in May 2010 after agreeing with the first court’s ruling that evidences against them were insufficient.

The two red-shirt defendants, Saichol Phaebua, 32, and Phinit Chanarong, 30, were charged by state prosecutors.
