PHUKET — Police arrested three Bulgarian men allegedly for producing and using fake ATM cards and withdrawing about 170,000 baht from victims’ accounts in Phuket province.

Arrested early Saturday morning were Slavchev Tsvetozargev, 44, Nlk Valntinguenadiev, 42, and Yanev Tsvetannetorov, 42. The arrest followed complaints of about 100 victims who lost money to such fraud.
