Free Wi-Fi on Bangkok public buses starting 1 October

BANGKOK, 4 September 2014 (NNT) – The Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) will offer free Wi-Fi on the air-conditioned Euro II buses from 1 October 2014 onward. The free Internet is part of the BMTA’s project to improve public buses for better service.

Acting BMTA Director Naret Bunpiem said the authority was improving its bus service by using more than new 3,000 buses next year, adjusting routes and providing free Wi-Fi on 1,500 Euro II buses.
