A 3 year old Russian girl who put her hand into a drainage pipe in a swimming pool in Pattaya had to be cut free by rescuers.

Rescue team was notified that a foreign kid had got her hand stuck in a drainage pipe of a fountain near a swimming pool in the Dusit Pattaya 3 village. After notification the rescue team rushed to the scene.
