Australian arrested with “ice” in Phuket

PHUKET – An Australian national has been arrested with crystal methamphetamine at his apartment in Katu district.

Tourist police apprehended Mark Robert Coutelas at Green Mango Apartment on Wednesday night with four bags of the drug weighing 2.45 grammes.
