Nakhon Si Thammarat arrested 967, on drug-related offences in April

NAKORN SRI THAMMARAT, 31 May 2014 (NNT) –In April, 967 drug user suspects were apprehended in Nakorn Sri Thammarat province, ranking the region number two in Thailand for such arrests, according to Pol.Col. Pudit Narasingha, deputy commander of Nakorn Sri Thammarat provincial police division.

In addition, 165 of the alleged illegal drug users were charged with gun possession.
