Court ruling tomorrow on caretaker PM Yingluck Shinawatra’s NSC chief transfer

BANGKOK, May 6 – Thailand’s Constitutional Court is set to rule Wednesday at noon whether caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has abused power that could remove her from office in the case involving her order to transfer National Security Council (NSC) chief Thawil Pliensri to an inactive post.

Ms Yingluck earlier in the day appeared at the Constitutional Court to testify against abuse of power allegations.
