A woman was arrested in South Pattaya yesterday for persuading a 17-year-old orphan to work as a prostitute.

30-year-old Khun Rayong, who works at a restaurant near to the Jomtien child’s shelter her victim used to live at, is accused of tempting the girl away from the safety of the shelter, where she was attending college every day, with the promise of large amounts of money.
