PHUKET: A Russian expatriate has been arrested on assault charges after he admitted punching an Australian in the face, dislodging two of his teeth, on Thursday (April 24).

Pol Lt Col Natchanon Kerdko, investigation officer at Karon Police Station, told The Phuket News today that tour representative Evgenii Baturin, 27, a resident of Phuket for six years, would appear in court tomorrow (April 26) after punching Australian tourist Mark Fuller, 45.
