24 people die from H1N1 in Thailand this year

TRANG, 24 April 2014 (NNT) – Medical experts say that H1N1 virus has claimed the lives of 24 people in Thailand since early this year.

Director of Trang Hospital Dr. Chaiyuth Saksornchai said that the North is hardest hit by the outbreak. The highest mortality rate was reported among patients in the 55-64 and 45-54 age group.
