People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) leader Suthep Thaugsuban says a plan to plunder rice warehouses is underway and will be the next step to increase pressure on the caretaker prime minister to step down.

He revealed the plan during his noon address to anti-government protesters at Silom protest site.
