Red Shirt supporters hold mass rally against Suthep, aristocracy

NAKHON RATCHASIMA, Feb 23 – The United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) today is holding a mass rally in this northeastern province to fight against the bureaucratic elite and the secretary-general of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) and his backers.

The ‘war drum’ rally, as the Red Shirts call it this time, is led by UDD leaders, namely Tida Thavornset, Jatuporn Prompan, Yossawaris Chuklom, also known as Jeng Dokjik, and Weng Tochirakarn, and organised at the provincial seat’s Liptapanlop Hall of the Chalerm Phra Kiat Sports Stadium.
