Four pro-PDRC commerce officials face arrest warrants

BANGKOK, 11 February 2012 (NNT) – The Center for Maintaining of Peace and Order (CMPO) has issued arrest warrants against four civil servants from the Ministry of Commerce who have appeared on stage of the anti-government People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC). Deputy Minister of Commerce Yanyong Puangrach said arrest warrants had already been issued against the four commerce civil servants and committees had been set up to investigate them. There were video clips showing that they gave speeches on the PDRC’s stage. The clips would be used as evidence, Mr Yanyong said.
