Suthep kicks off warm-up “Occupy Bangkok” street marches

Anti-government protesters kicked off their warm-up street marches to the capital’s western bank of the Chao Phraya river today to persuade Thonburi people to join the January 13 Occupy Bangkok rallies.

The street marches started at 9 a.m. from the Democracy Monument towards the Memorial Bridge to Thonburi, Siriraj hospital and back crossing Pinklao bridge to the monument in a 11-kilometer round marches.
